Terms of service
The terms under which proMotion.studio provides its service: accounts, credits, content and rights, acceptable use, availability and liability.
Last updated: 26 September 2026.
These terms govern your use of proMotion.studio ("the studio", "we"), operated by Nuage OÜ (registry code 16039777), Pelguranna 51-15, 13516 Tallinn, Estonia. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
The studio is a web application that plans, composes and renders short promotional videos from written briefs and the files you provide, and that can publish the results to social platforms you connect. Features may change over time; we will not remove a feature you have paid for without notice.
Accounts
You need an account to use the studio. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be an adult and, if you act for a business, authorised to bind it. One person per account unless we agree otherwise.
Credits and payment
The studio charges in credits. Credits are bought in packs through Stripe at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Credits are spent only when you approve a quote; a quote states the amount before you approve. Work that fails on our side is refunded to your balance in full.
Credits are not money, cannot be transferred to another account and are not refunded in cash except where the law requires. Test credits granted for evaluation have no monetary value and may be withdrawn.
Prices and the rate card can change; a quote you have received keeps its price until it expires.
Your content
You keep all rights to the briefs, files and websites you provide and to the videos the studio generates from them. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and deliver them as the service requires, including sending them to the AI providers, the storage providers and the social platforms involved in your requests.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload: footage, images, music, fonts, logos and text. You must not upload content that is illegal, that infringes someone's rights, or that you have no permission to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the studio to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or illegal activity. Do not use it to interfere with the service, to probe or overload it, or to resell it without our agreement. We may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Publishing to platforms
When you post through the studio, the platform's own terms apply to the post. You review and confirm every post before it is sent; the studio never posts on its own initiative. Platforms may reject, restrict or remove posts under their rules; we report what they tell us and are not responsible for their decisions.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, deployments and failures can interrupt it. Work interrupted by a restart is retried or refunded.
Liability
The studio is provided as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data beyond what we hold in backups, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the studio and delete your projects at any time; to close your account, contact support. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible. Unused purchased credits on a closed account are handled according to the law of the country of our establishment.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with its date. Continued use after the change means you accept it; if you do not, stop using the service and contact us about remaining credits.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country of our establishment in the European Union. Disputes go to the courts of that country, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
