FAQ

Short answers to the questions people ask before their first video: cost, ownership, languages, formats, posting and what the studio does not do.

Short answers to common questions. The other pages of this documentation go into detail.

Do I pay before I see anything?

No. Planning and the quote are free. Credits are reserved only when you press Approve, and settled for what was used.

What if the render fails?

You are refunded in full and the chat explains why. See Render time and limits.

Who owns the video?

You do. The studio grants no rights over your uploads and claims none over the output. You remain responsible for the licences of the footage, music and fonts you upload.

Can I use my own footage and music?

Yes, and that is the intended way. The studio does not generate footage; it composes yours with text, shapes, animations and narration.

Does it make videos from just text?

Yes. With no uploads it uses text, shapes, gradients, your website's colours and logo, and narration.

Which languages?

The interface and support texts are in English, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Arabic. Narration is available in many more; ask for the one you need.

Which formats?

9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, from 5 to 60 seconds, as H.264 MP4. See Formats and specs.

Can I get the same video in two formats?

Ask for a second version in the other format; the plan is kept and the quote is smaller.

How long does a render take?

A typical 15-second video takes a few minutes. Long videos with many layers take longer; the header shows the minutes left.

Do you schedule posts?

Yes. Choose a time in the post sheet; the studio posts at that time.

Is my content used to train AI?

No. Your briefs, files and videos are used only to make your videos.

Can several people work on one account?

One sign-in per account today. Share a project by duplicating it into another account through support if you need to.

Where do I find ideas?

The video ad guides have a ready brief for two hundred kinds of business, placement, occasion and format.

This page reflects the current version of the studio.
