How Do You Promote an Event for Your Language School?
An open house or trial-class event lives or dies on three lines: date, address, how to reserve a seat. A 15-second invite in 9:16 for Stories and Reels, 1:1 for a Facebook post, and 16:9 for an in-store screen covers where the RSVP happens. Open on a real classroom mid-conversation, not an empty room, since the school is selling a class people can picture themselves in. The number to watch afterward is RSVPs against seats available, checked the morning of the event and again the day after; if the room filled from one placement and not another, the next invite spends its whole budget there and drops the rest.

The first three seconds: a class that is actually talking
Open inside a lesson with the sound up: two students mid-conversation, a teacher writing on the board, a small group laughing at somebody's accent. Upload the classroom clip rather than staging one. Over it, one line that names the level and the language — "A2 Spanish, Tuesday evenings" — so the wrong viewer scrolls on and the right one stops. Save the school logo for the end card.

From the room to the RSVP card
Open with movement from the venue: a crowded stall, a stage being set, a table laid. Between three and ten seconds, show what actually happens there, one shot per thing, with a short label on each. From ten seconds, hold the details card: date, start time, street address and price or free entry. Keep that card on screen for at least three seconds, because that is the frame people screenshot.
Make an Event Invitation Video With the Date, the Address and a Clear RSVPA brief you can paste
Paste this into the studio chat, or change the names and numbers first.
A 15-second event invite for our Spanish school's open house on Saturday. Open on a small group class mid-conversation, laughing, teacher gesturing at the whiteboard. Cut to a shot of the entrance with our sign. On-screen text: Open House, Saturday 11am, 24 Market Street, free trial class. Narration in English, one line, casual and warm. End card: RSVP link and seat count, room in the middle kept clear for the Stories reply sticker.
Questions people ask
What number tells me the invite worked?
RSVPs against seats available, not views or reach. Check it the morning of the event and again the day after to see whether people who reserved actually walked in. A gap between RSVPs and attendance means the reminder step, not the invite itself, needs work next time.
Should the invite go out once or as a sequence?
Run it as two versions from one brief: a first post ten days out with the date and address, and a second cut three days out that swaps the on-screen text to a seat count or a cutoff time. The studio composes the second version from the same resources at a smaller quote.
