How Do You Promote an Event for Your Eyewear Brand?
A trunk show or launch night for new frames is really two videos: the invitation that gets people to show up, and the recap you'll want after. Write one brief for the invitation, with a face trying on frames in the first second and the date, address and RSVP link stacked over it. Once that's approved, the same brief re-renders at 1:1 for the email header, at 16:9 for the in-store screen counting down to the night, and shorter for the last-call Reel. You're not writing three briefs, you're asking for the invitation again in a different shape.

Where it runs: feeds, then the shelf
Render 1:1 at 15 seconds for the Instagram and Facebook feed, where a face-by-face comparison holds up in a small square. Render 9:16 at 15 to 30 seconds for Reels, Stories and TikTok when you are launching a color or a collection. For stockists, render a 16:9 loop at 30 seconds that plays silently above the display with the model names on screen.

Where it runs and which cuts to make
Render 9:16 at fifteen seconds for Stories and Reels, 1:1 for the feed, and 16:9 for the newsletter and a screen in the window. Build three versions on the same plan: a save-the-date weeks out, a week-before cut with the program on screen, and a day-of version that just says doors open tonight. Each is a re-render with a new card, not a new video.

Paste this into the studio chat, or change the names and numbers first.
A 15-second event invitation for our eyewear launch. Open on someone turning their head to show new frames catching the light. Cut to a table of frames laid out, then the shop front with balloons. On-screen text: New Collection Launch, Saturday June 14, 7pm, 22 Market Street. End card with our logo and an RSVP link, kept clear of the middle of the frame. Upbeat instrumental music, no narration needed. 9:16 for Stories, then the same brief again at 16:9 for our front-window screen.
Questions people ask
Can I use the same footage for the invitation and the recap video after the event?
Yes, upload both the pre-event footage and whatever you shoot on the night as resources on the same project. The invitation and the recap are separate briefs, but they can share a logo, colors and end card so the two look like one campaign instead of two unrelated videos.
Do I need a different brief for the in-store screen versus the Instagram invite?
No. Approve the invitation once, then ask for it again at 1920 × 1080 for the shop screen. It's the same plan and the same shots, just a wider frame with the RSVP text repositioned, and the quote for that second version is smaller than the first.
