Short video ads for meal prep and subscription food services
People do not subscribe to meal prep because the food is beautiful; they subscribe because Wednesday evening is a problem. Your video has to show a week of that problem solved in under twenty seconds, then answer the two objections: is it fresh, and can I stop. Write the plan in chat and approve the price before anything renders.

How to make it work
The first three seconds: the full fridge shelf
Open on the delivery being unpacked onto a shelf, labels facing out, a whole week visible in one frame. Not a single styled bowl, which reads as a restaurant rather than a subscription. Then one lid coming off and steam rising. Footage of your kitchen line belongs later as proof, not at the front. Upload photos of the boxes people actually receive, not sample plating shot for a menu.
The offer: the week, the price, the exit
State the unit people buy. 'Five dinners a week, eleven dollars a meal, skip any week' gives price, volume and the escape hatch in one line. Put 'skip or cancel anytime' on screen, because that is the objection that stops the sign-up. If there is a first-box price, show the number itself. End on the sign-up action alone, with no second call to action competing for the same three seconds.
Where subscribers watch and what to render
Instagram Reels and TikTok bring new sign-ups, so 9:16 at 1080x1920 is the main render at twenty to thirty seconds, long enough for the fridge, the meal and the terms. A 1:1 square carries the Facebook feed and retargeting, and a 16:9 cut sits on the pricing page where people compare plans. All three come from the same approved plan, each render quoted by its length.
A brief you can paste
Paste this into the studio chat, or change the names and numbers first.
Weekly meal prep service delivering Sunday nights across the metro area. Thirty seconds, vertical, for Instagram Reels. Show the box unpacked into a fridge, then a bowl heated and eaten. The offer is five dinners a week at eleven dollars a meal, skip any week, no contract. Calm and practical, female voice. Use my photos of real boxes and pull the colors from our website.
Questions people ask
Can you build the video from photos of our boxes?
Yes. Upload photos, clips, your logo and a music track and the studio composes the video around them. Paste your website address too and it picks up your colors, fonts and the plan sections already on the page.
We have three plans. Can we make a version for each?
Brief one video, approve it, then re-render the kept version with the other plan names and prices. Rendering is priced per second, so three twenty-second versions cost three twenty-second renders, each quoted before you approve it.
Do we pay before we see anything?
No. You write the brief, the studio plans the video and quotes the credits, and only your approval starts the render. Nothing is charged for the chat or for the plan, and a failed render is refunded automatically.
