Slideshow video ads that move through your photos card by card

A slideshow is the simplest structure there is: one image, one line, next. Pick it when you have several things to show and no single hero, such as a menu, a collection, a property list or a set of services, and you want a clear order rather than an edit.

Formats

1:1 · 9:16 · 16:9

Length

5-60 seconds, 15 to 30 seconds typical

Where it runs

Instagram Feed, Facebook Feed, Pinterest, Shopify stores, Email campaigns

How to make it work

How a slideshow gets built here

Upload the images or short clips, then list what each card should say, in order. The studio plans the timing, adds transitions, quotes the credits, and composes, narrates and renders after you approve. Paste your website URL so type and colors match your brand. Ask for slow movement on stills if you want the cards to breathe, and for music with cuts snapped to the beat if the pace should feel deliberate.

Design rules for card sequences

Two to three seconds per card is the floor; anything faster and the text goes unread. Keep one message per card and put it in the same place every time so the eye stops moving. Use a consistent transition rather than a different one each slide. Open with a title card that frames the set and close with a still end card holding the offer, the logo and the website for at least two seconds.

Where it runs and what to export

Slideshows suit Instagram and Facebook feeds and Stories, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Shopify and Etsy pages, email campaigns and in-store screens. Square works across feeds and product pages, vertical for Stories and Reels. Fifteen to 30 seconds covers five to ten cards. Export is H.264 MP4 with AAC audio at 30 fps, and a PNG poster of any card gives you a still for the same campaign.

A brief you can paste

Paste this into the studio chat, or change the names and numbers first.

Twenty-five-second 1:1 slideshow for Meadow Farm Shop. I uploaded ten photos and the logo. Title card: This week at the farm shop. Then six cards, each with a product and price from the list I sent, three seconds each, slow zoom. End card: Open Thursday to Sunday, meadowfarm.example. Colors from the site, English narration, subtitles on, gentle music.

Questions people ask

How many cards should a slideshow have?

Divide the length by three seconds: about five cards in 15 seconds, ten in 30. Upload more images than you need and say which are essential, so the studio can drop the weakest rather than rushing them all.

Can I mix photos and video clips?

Yes. Upload both and the studio can use footage, photos, text, shapes, gradients and other layers in the same sequence. Keep clip cards roughly the same length as photo cards so the rhythm holds.

Can the slides be cut to music?

Upload a track and ask for cuts snapped to the beat. The cards then change on the pulse, which makes a plain sequence feel edited without changing anything about the images themselves.
