How do you promote a product launch for your nail salon?

A new gel set, a chrome collection, a limited holiday design: most people scrolling see it muted first. The name of the set has to sit on screen in the first two seconds, not in a voiceover that plays to no one. Open on the finished set, hands turning under light, with the design name and price as text over the shot. Keep the offer and the booking line burned in by the last three seconds, because a thumb that stops on mute still needs to read where to book. Fifteen to twenty seconds is enough to show the set from three angles and land the price.

Where sets get saved, and what to render

Reels and TikTok drive discovery and Pinterest is where designs get saved for later, so render 9:16 at 1080x1920 at fifteen to twenty seconds and a 1:1 cut for the Instagram feed and Pinterest. Keep a 16:9 version looping on the screen at the desk so waiting clients see next month's designs. Re-render the saved version each season with new footage and a new date line.

Headline, offer and call to action

The headline names the product and the change it makes: "Now shipping" works where "Introducing" alone does not. State the offer plainly - the price, the launch bundle, the first-order discount - in words a stranger can repeat. End with one instruction rather than three: "Order at yourstore.com." AI narration can read the headline and the close while captions carry the product details, so the video still works with the sound off.

Launch your new product with a short video ad built from one brief

Paste this into the studio chat, or change the names and numbers first.

A 15-second video launching our new chrome French set for the salon. Open on one hand turning slowly under the light, then two more angles close on the tips. On-screen text: New: Chrome French, $65. Add a quick shot of the color swatches on the counter. No narration needed, just upbeat music with cuts on the beat. End card: salon name, city, and "Book this week." 9:16 for Reels and Stories.

Questions people ask

Do I need a voiceover for a nail launch video if most people watch muted?

No. Put the set name, the price and the booking line on screen as text, timed to the cuts. Narration can be added on top for the sound-on viewer, but nothing in the video should depend on it being heard.

What length and ratio should a nail salon launch video be?

Fifteen to twenty seconds in 9:16 at 1080 × 1920 covers Reels, Stories and TikTok. The same brief renders again in 1:1 for feed posts or 16:9 for a website banner, each as its own version.
